What eyeliner doesn't smear!! Every time I put eyeliner on it comes off after about 30 minutes of putting it on, I want an eyeliner that stays on all day.

You should try stilas smudge stick they are super creamy and you can smudge it once when you first put it on if you whant but once it sets it doesn't budge also try setting your eyeliner with eyeshadow

Out of curiosity, do you use eye primer at all? I find that with an eye primer, my eyeliner doesn't smudge at all, even in the heat.

Well my trick is that you put black eye shadows on it and like Mollie said the maybelline eyeliner is very good I have it 😀

Try setting your eyeliner by dusting powder underneath. My fav eyeliner are L'Oreal Infallible and Sephora's Waterproof Twist up eyeliner. Primers do help too but the powder thing helps me so much! My fav primers are UD Primer Potion, Too Faced Shadow Insurance, and Milani's

The new Benefit they're real! push up liner is absolute perfection. It stays so well it's hard to get off. It hasn't been released to the public yet, but I think it comes out Friday! I'd recommend it.

Essence for ULTA has a super inexpensive line with fantastic eyeliners :) I've used the 24 Hr Felt Tip eyeliner and their Waterproof Liquid eyeliner :) both work great and last all day long! They don't smudge either.

As for pencil, Urban Decay 24/7 pencil doesn't move. You could literally rub your eyes in the rain and it's still there. I'm not as much of a fan of liquid, but stila is literally like a permanent marker for your eyes! Amazing color payoff as well. I used MAC fluidline in black track and at the end of the day it still looked as if I had freshly applied it.

I like Rimmel Scandaleyes liner pen if you're going cheap (broke as a joke here!). I was at a amateur photo shoot (don't be impressed, it was about 30 teenagers with cameras and drugstore makeup) I was out in the heat in a black dress and my makeup was FINE. Another nonmakeup tip is instead of rubbing your eye, scratch the eyelid gently. It helps it not smudge.

OMG that urban decay glide pencil on 24/7 liner. It does not move on the water line or bottom lash line. It's so creamy and super black (perversion). I can ever get it all off, even the next morning.
