It may be a hormonal imbalance that can be helped with a course of medication to start with. Highly advisable to go to a dermatologist and let them help you. Don't be embarrassed as you have so much to gain and nothing to lose. X.

Maybe you're using a lot of acne products. Stripping your skin of its natural oils by using all the products that dry out acne can be a cause. Another one can be because of hormonal imbalance. Try simplifying your skincare routine to only a few steps if you use an excessive amount of products (cleanse, tone, moisturize, and then spot treatment). This allows your skin a little soon to be able to breath from all the chemicals. Slowly start adding other things back to your routine and stop when you feel that your skin is starting to react again. Controlling acne through skincare products is all about balancing out your skin's pH. However, if it's hormonal, it is recommended that you see a dermatologist.
