Like its getting really big my cheeks are too and my eyes are getting puffy too help any excersise or any thing for health?

Have you been eating lots of meat or dairy? if so, make sure they're hormone-free. That may be the cause. I used to get all puffy when I went to the US before going veg.

I heard about something that can help puffiness about a month ago.. I think it was even on beautylish.
a short face massage using a Chinese spoon. you can find it on youtube. it looked like fun :) good luck
