I live in Texas and it is hot hot hot every single day lol. What can I wear to a job interview that's not over-the-top but also not shorts and a tee? :P.

I'd wear a black maxi skirt with a with tee or a blouse it's not short and you'll still look stylish and fab!

Depends on the job you are applying for - you can go with black knee length chino shorts and a sleeveless button up or cowl neck top or a pencil skirt - wear heels with both to make it more professional and a blazer if it is a more professional/office job.
