Silver eyeshadow is the best way. Do that then a black eyeliner that wings out a bit and then that kinda electric blue eyeliner and smudge it.

I agree with kaylex. Really anything works but I have heard plums and purples look good. I use a nude/brownish/champagne creaseless cream shadow by benefit. It kind of illuminates your eyes so I just try to do that and define my brows and highlight the brow bone with high beam by benefit😊
