Help haircut ideas?

Can you give me some ideas on what haircut should I get that would complement my face? I have thick and frizzy hair (as shown). The one on the left is what my haircut is right now. I just need ideas on what cut will look good since I always have my hair cut like the ones below. (sorry for the pic. just too self conscious haha) my hair length right now is just below my shoulder but as you can see I have layered hair right now.

I'd suggest to get it thinned bc I also have frizzy thick hair... Try getting angles and long layers also I say get around 3-4 inches off! Good luck!!

Awe don't be self conscious Hun! And I think having side swept bangs would be cute with either a pixie cut or layers around your face would look cute :)
