I do foundation everyday and it looks good for a while then it bunches in the creases of my mouth like dimple area and looks like I have a mustache. It getting really dark in places and looks terrible or completely wears off in one area and it's bare. How can I avoid this? I already use translucent powder! Any suggestions at all!!

What foundation do you use? What skin type do you have? Also do you use a primer, regularly exfoliate, moisturize, etc.? How do you apply your foundation? (hands, brush, sponge, etc.)

Your foundation or primer may not be compatible either with each other or your skin type.
do you set your foundation with a powder?

If it's around your upper lip that's wearing off maybe you could wax your upper lip. The hair could be making it fade away.
As for primers, are you letting the primer sit before applying foundation? Usually for about 3-5 minutes or it doesn't really do it's job.
Have you tried putting concealer over these troubled areas? Maybe they just need a thicker application to last all day.

You probably need a different foundation. Also, the translucent powder can be the problem. If it's cheap it will quickly bunch up.

You could use a setting spray or something like Mac fix + to set the powder. and also use a tissue to dap off the excess foundation where it starts to wear off.

The brush you use is EVERYTHING. Invest in a good foundation brush. I love the real techniques expert face brush and it's under 10$ I believe
