It's all a matter in how you use it. Sometimes web I pull the wand out there is so much product on it. I get the extra product off then use it.

I used to have the same problem and yes, it's from formulations that are on the "wet" side. I've always been successful w/a drier formula like Maybelline Full & Soft. The brush is fluffy too which helps keep the clumps away and your lashes separated.

Kiss me (blink) doesn't clump. My mom has used it for 18 years but in still not a huge fan.
Cliniques high impact isn't too bad.
In the last I have used almay waterproof and it was good.
I am still on the hunt for the perfect mascara after 13 years of wearing it.

So many of the mascara named clumped soooo bad I don't know how some people don't find that it clumps.
It's not a matter of of not knowing what I'm doing either.
Benefits bad girl lash for example is one of the worst I've ever experienced.

I have found the Clinique high impact mascara doesn't clump. A trick is to grab a few of the tester mascara wands at sephora, then just brush it through your lashes right after you apply your mascara and no clumps!
