I suggest you going to youtube and watch flawless foundation skin.

Looks like she is alittle dewy or used sometime of illuminator.. So if you have dry skin use a dewy foundation but if your not use a illuminator like nars is one I love. Depending how much hair you have in your brows you might need to fill them in. Picture is not close enough for me to say more.
