Is peroxide and baking soda toothpaste bad for your teeth??

I know on their own (in your own mix) it's extremely bad for your teeth. But in packaged toothpaste they might have ingredients that help with it or such a low amount that it won't do real damage.

Honestly baking soda in toothpaste always scared me lol.
