Does white eyeliner on your bottom water line really make your eyes look bigger? If so which is the best brand of white eyeliner to get?

Yes it does sweetie and sometimes white might be too harsh on the eyes so you can use a light peach toned. MAC has greag liners that are versatile for the eyes and face to conceal

I have the milk jumbo eye pencil from nyx and it's too harsh for my eye but looks amazing on people with brown eyes!

I like the NYX liner in baby pink because pure white Is too harsh. Gives the same effect though. :-)
