Hey girls!
I thought I could share with you my ipsy story! So, I got my ipsy bag last week and unfortunately my eyeliner had exploded making it unusable and staining the bag. I sent ipsy care an email explains what happened and the woman who answered (her name was Tiffany) said they were issuing a replacement product. However, when the package came it was a completely new bag! 2 repeats from my bag, 1 repeat in a new color, the eyeliner, and one of my favorite products from a previous month! This time around I got the essence of beauty body must in forever Paris, Marc Anthony beach spray (the repeats), the jesses girl waterproof eyeliner in black (what exploded), NYX buttergloss in Eclair (repeat product but different color), and the Be A Bombshell It stick in girl crush (one of my favorite products from a previous month). I felt that this was just great customer care that went above and beyond my expectations! I thought I should share it with all of you especially If you have ipsy or are trying to decide if it's worth it. I just got 4 more products for no extra charge simply because 1 item was broken. :) it's just a great company and I will continue to be a subscriber for the foreseeable future!

I loved the NYX gloss I got! And the Marc Anthony beach spray was awesome! I'm glad they were able to take care of the issue! That is good to hear!

Essence of Beauty has a really great body spray in an Ocean scent and it is AMAZING!! Smells JUST like the ocean!

I also love the butter glosses! They aren't sticky at all! I now have Creme Brûlée and Eclair. I was actually eyeing up Eclair at my local Kmart but I'm glad I didn't buy it because it came in this new bag today! Lol

Do subscribe. I was on the wait list for about 5 months but it was totally worth it! I was a subscriber of birch box for a while but I think ipsy is the better samples and better company. Literally this exchange took like 1 day, they were super apologetic, and they gave me replacements beyond my expectations! Hope you don't get waisted for too long and I hope you enjoy what you get!

I'm really happy with the different products I get every month and some of the samples last a long time. I got a exfoliator two months ago and just finished the bottle off the other day! Glad my story out you at ease on the customer care part! :)
