I have redness and bumps too, Unfortunately the dermatologist said there is nothing really to do about redness besides wait it out. He did give me an antibiotic to help with the inflammation of bumps, so you could ask about that. I am not sure by your pictures of those are the kind of bumps you have

You can try some more natural ingredients like a witch hazel toner (alcohol free would be better for dry skin or even an aloe based toner) with a willow bark based cleanser and tea tree oil spot treatment and moisturize with jojoba oil.
