So I have very bad dry skin and started using baremimerals purely nourishing moisturizer which works great. as for the redness and bumps I have they come and go and just want to get rid of them but I don't know what to use. any tips? I tried clean and clear neutragena and a bunch of other stuff and nothing really seems to work. I've asked doctors and they just tell me to get these products...

I have redness and bumps too, Unfortunately the dermatologist said there is nothing really to do about redness besides wait it out. He did give me an antibiotic to help with the inflammation of bumps, so you could ask about that. I am not sure by your pictures of those are the kind of bumps you have

You can try some more natural ingredients like a witch hazel toner (alcohol free would be better for dry skin or even an aloe based toner) with a willow bark based cleanser and tea tree oil spot treatment and moisturize with jojoba oil.
