So I am seriously considering getting platinum ombre in my hair and I just wanted some more opinions on it. I think it would turn out kinda like this

I think it looks good on some people and others can't pull it off.
The main thing is making sure a chunk of hair isn't dyed a different color. It should look like it gradually lightens towards the bottom.
I think you could look good in it though!!

I like it. looks really cute.

I don't like them only cause they're popular. I like being unique you know. Doing something that not everyone has. So yeah I agree with Jacqlyn and Ramsha about the gradual. Not a dip dye. That picture looks gorgeous though if you want it, get it. I'm just never one to go with "what's trendy" cause I don't find most that well done

I have Ombré, and have having it for about 2 years and I still like it :) I like it more than my "old" brown hair

I had ombré in my hair for a year and loved it! But I let it grow out this year just to give my hair a break. I would defo recommend it!

I think it's super cute but I agree with Ramsha, not every hair style is suitable for someone and sometimes it just can look completely strange on someone but experimenting is fun (:

I still think ombre is cute! I think it's a pretty classy look that I don't think will go away in the nearest future :)

I think it can be cute definitely. It's just hair color blended together lol I agree with Renay,
It doesn't make you "unoriginal" do it if it's what you want, you can always dye it back

It's cute when it's gradually done, but I agree about it being overdone, I also know people who've had ombré and got tired of it and had to cut inches of their hair because of the damage and wanting back their original color.

I agree with Aurora, Jaqclyn and Leslie. It's one of the most overrated, insanely popular hairstyles that is going to go out of fashion soon. Everyone will probably look back and think "wtf did I do to my hair??"
I personally hate it, based on how overexposed it is.
However when I think back to the first time I saw ombr? I was like "ooo thats cool!".
At least you won't get it in that goldy orange colour that everyone has. Platinum blonde is more unique, but as you probably gathered from my entire rant, "I HATE OMBR?!!"
but I mean if you like it and feel happy with it go for it!
whatever floats your boat!
girl power and independence and shit.

I think it looks best on that specific hair type in the photo - long and wavy or big curled hair - but that's just my personal aesthetic but I do like they last a long time after a few cuts I still have my ombré so that's nice.

I think it still looks rad when done right. I had it for like a month but missed my black with a funky color. Not a fan of light hair on myself💋

I like it when it's a more gradual color change than the photo shows

I'm a hairstylist and Ombres are honestly what I do most of. They're extremely popular because they're feminine, gorgeous and there's a wide range of options

It'll look great on you. I did mine and once I got tired of it, I died it green. That said, I'm still in love and so will you.
