So a few days ago I accidentally left shampoo in my hair thinking it was conditioner two days after my neck got irritated and red I looked back at the bottle it said shampoo so I went and wash my hair again well rinse more of a wash but it cleared up but it was still a little itchy and last night I noticed the left side of my neck was dry n scaly and so was left ear along with a few dry spots under my left eye please help I hate when my skin isnt right, what should I do??

Use a light facial exfoliator to get off the scaly skin and then deeply moisturise it with some massage oils to get rid of the dry skin.
These are just suggestions, I'm no skincare professional, but that's how I would go about it.

Well it sounds like your skin is just really dry. You should definitely try putting some heavy moisturizing cream on that part of your neck. However I'd first be sure it wasnt a rash, because you don't want to irritate it :) if its a rash I'd look into getting some cream or treatment for it before continuing to moisturize.
