So normally I wear leggings, a sweatshirt, and converse to the airport. Simple, quick, comfy.
The problem now is I found out that where I'm landing, the weather will be around 90 degrees Fahrenheit! Which is far too hot for hoodies and leggings.
What could I wear to the airport that is warm enough for the mild weather here, but cool enough for the stifling hot weather there?

You can wear a cool shirt instead. Maybe a tank top, cropped top, or a loose flowy tank. I wouldn't really be concerned about how hot it's going to be unless you are going to be outside for a time period. Airports are usually freezing cold.

I would dress in layers. I would wear a loose tee underneath some kind of sport hoodie. You could bring a pair of shorts to change into once you're there.

I don't recommend shorts on a plane, because in my experience, planes can become quite cold.

I wear shorts during the summer when I fly just because its easier to move around in and so much more comfy thab jeans. My legs don't really get cold though but if they do you always have your hoodie to cover up with.

This winter I went to a place with burning hot temperature like this and on the plane I wore leggings, cami and a sweater for the plane! When you land to your destination, you remove the sweater and you'll be more confortable:)
