Light brown or dark blonde?

I've been wanting this color for a while, but don't know if it will go with my skin tone. What do you ladies recommend?

I think light brown will also be less damaging since your hair is so dark I would start with that before you go blonde.

So a light ash brown will do? It's not that dark in person it's like a light reddish brown color. Anything to remove the red tint?
