Baking soda and peroxide shouldn't be used on teeth as it eats away at the enamel, causing sensitivity, breakage and the need for fillings, caps or a ceramic tooth.

Use a tablespoon of water and a tablespoon of water, gargle the mixture like a mouthwash until a little foam is in your mouth, spit it out and gargle mouthwash, only use twice a week.
