Honestly, you don't need anything high end! I personally use Maybelliene cover stick. My shade is white but I'm pretty sure you'll be darker! I find it works the same under or over foundation and it covers redness, dark marks, and obscures the appearance of my visible acne. It also make my acne scars invisible. It's only like 5 or 6 dollars (USD I don't know if that makes a difference for you or not) and I find it works just as well for me as any really high end products. Here's a pic too!

I usually buy all my Maybelline products at the target nearest me! But I know that a lot of drugstores carry it too like Walgreens and cvs! You could also go online to see what stores nearest you have it in stock! :)
