Just regular coffee grounds or white sugar.

Plain salt will work too! Mix it with some coconut and olive oil and slather it onto your body while in the shower, then rib gently! Sugar works just as well but melts faster with hot water :D

Just use a washcloth, but don't completely soak the cloth.
