I lifeguard every day at a day camp and swim in the pond. Will this be damaging to my hair? Any good deep conditioners or shampoos/conditioners recommended?

Yes. it will make your hair so dry, I suggest using hats. and a hair sunscreen spray, I believe loreal makes one. deep condition every week and you can use a leave in conditioner to try and protect it too.
