Well aloe will help to get rid off the burns but I don't think it will get rid of the tan line.

I suggest trying a redness reducing cream cleanser (Neutrogena has a great one) and when the burn has gone away I would try soaking in a mixture of lemon juice and water.

I went riding our 4 wheelers this weekend, I applied sunscreen and got burned. It's so bad I almost cried. Lol. Aloe Vera has definitely helped to soothe the pain. Good luck (:

Soak a paper towel with milk and apply it to the burned areas and it will heal quickly. As for reducing tan I have a friend who applies sliced uncooked potatoes and it reduces her tan quite a bit.

A tan is burnt skin. First, I would treat the burn by applying aloe Vera and keeping it VERY moisturized. Once your skin is no longer sore or irritated, I would gently exfoliate your whole body with a mild exfoliator. You can do this every time you shower. This will get rid of the dead skin cells on your skin. This won't get rid of your tan completely but it will fade it!

Traci , I must get a bag of potatoes now! Thank you so much! Ivette, thank you bunches , I had to tell my mom that we could get aloe at Walmart even though I wasn't positive but now I know to head to the garden center! Suzy, I know about he moisture, but I have to get aloe today! Thank you a ton, I didn't exfoliate before the beach like I usually do ( I get dead skin build up like crazy on my face!) so I think that it may fades face tan, but I will be doing on the rest of my body too! Thank you ladies so much!
