I think something like this will just have to go away on its on. Some neosporin will probably help. Just be sure it's not staph infection! It would feel more like a paper cut if it's staph. If it is, be sure not to touch it or it will spread. Put a bandaid on it until you can go to a doctor for medication.

Neosporin & a bandaid during the day to keep it clean. Then take the bandaid off at night while you're sleeping to let it dry up & heal.

Please do not put any wart medication on it. That contains ACIDS that will eat away at your skin tissue. Its not meant for open wounds only dead callused, hardened skin.
