The only reason I had a shaved spot was due to an incident with hairspray and a flat iron. I personally like the look.

I couldn't pull it off but I think alot of girls look really good with it. The biggest thing is styling it. I wouldn't just roll out of bed and go somewhere but if you take the time to style it every morning, it's cute.

Exactly Katrina B well spoken. I rock the hell out of my shaved side and it's vibrant hot pink and purple. I get the most compliments on my short hairstyle with the shaved sides. Don't down another person because you don't have the guts or spunk to do it or pull it off.

I guess the reason I think that it screams "douche" is cause I grew up in the 90s as a teenager, and then it was a " douche" haircut. However, that said, it is only my opinion. I would never in a million years tell someone what they should or should not do. Personal expression is just that.... Personal.....
