I've read on this site about the wonders of white eyeliner. Which eyeliner is the best for wearing on the water liner for that open-eyed, (less tired looking), look?

I actually heard peach eyeliner on your waterline makes you look more awake as well, but less harsh looking than white eyeliner. And a good multipurpose while eyeliner I heard of is NYX's jumbo pencil liner in milk. Might be too big to handle for the waterline though? Idk, I would try it. :3.

My favorite is the tarte inner rim brightener. It's less harsh looking than white liner. This isn't my photo but it's a peachy white. :)

Yeah. I like white eyeliner just a touch in the inside corners I feel that brightens the eyes up, but on my waterline it almost gives a blue-ish tint (maybe just me?) and it looks super unnatural (again... maybe just me) But I got NYX's wonder pencil and I love it.

A good cheap way to try white eyeliner is E.L.F. I found out the first time I tried it white was not for me. But I see it in pics and it looks great on them!

I believe Rimmel makes a good peachy colored liner. I have one by Milani that is too thick for the waterline (but decent in the inner corner for brightening) & I end up having to squeeze it off my lower lashes, if that makes any sense!

Agree with Allison rimmel makes a good peachy liner their also dupes for michelle phan em waterliners!! And I love those em waterliners I have the rose gold one... I feel like on me white looks crazy so I tried that rose gold one and it looks awesome!!
