Where can I get a half set of extensions?

I only need to wear 1 or 2 wefts on my bottom layers to add a bit of length because my hair is so thin.
So I don't want to buy a full set I won't use so where can I buy by the weft?

I know at Sally's they sell lots of them by the weft. But I don't know how good of quality they are.

Sally's quality is good! I got a hole set almost lasted me 2 years
