You have smaller eyes so try not to wear too much eyeliner. I would suggest a champagne eyeshadow all over the lid, then a little but of eyeliner with a small UPWARD (very important, will make your eye open up) wing. Put the eyeliner on the outer 3/4ths of the eye leaving the inner 1/4th empty. Will really open up your eyes and make your 10x more gorgeous than you already are!

Don't say you are not good at wings! Just keep practicing and with the advice that is givin' you, you can learn. If you give you give up, you won't learn a single thing! You should go and sit infront of the mirror and wing your eyeliner 'till you master it! Good luck!

It's harder to do with solid eyeliner, I'm allergic to most eyeliners in general so I think the wing will just be a weekend thing.
