They sell nail polishes to help them grow, also a vitamin like biotin for hair, nails, and skin will help!

You can take hair skin and nail vitamins, put a top coat of nail polish over clean nails to protect when growing, massage nails twice every week, and a whole bunch more on this vid!! 👎

Please don't take biotin unless you've spoke with your doctor first, biotin is for people with a deficiency. The best thing you can do is take care of them to keep them strong! Nail growth has to do with genetics as does hair growth. Rubbing garlic on your nails will help, using a strengthener, and don't bite them/pick at them or be rough with them :)

Not really, as I said nail growth has to do with your genetics. Keeping them as healthy as possible will make them grow as fast as they can.

Sally Hansen makes a good nail growth polish, I used it to kick start my nails growing too :)
