My nails are stained and a little orange at the top. Is there anything I can do to help them?

I would suggest not painting them, and putting a garlic treatment on them. Painting over stained nails can be unhealthy for them.

Clear nail polish makes them grow faster and prevents your nails!!😄

Make sure yoh are also using a base coat when ever you paint your nails it will really protect them and help them from getting stained and helps the polish last longer my favorite base coat is Essies grow stronger.

I wouldn't paint your nails for a little, usually when I get nail polish stains I just let them rest a while and they go away
