My opinion: I wouldn't try this tip for everyday. It's just so against everything to put powder under liquid. Horrible for oily skin as it will get cakey, horrible for dry skin as it will stick to the patches and you're destined for under eye creasing!

I personally use mac and it hasn't broke me out BUT I must admit it does have a repu of breaking girls out so yes it can be that..try it out after "your time" and see if that's what caused it..do you normally break out in your chin area?

Mac did more than break me out. I also got a rash all over my face (on top of the massive breakout it caused me). And all of that scarred. I just returned and haven't gone back since.

Maybe try using it again when it's not your time of the month? Then if you still break out, maybe the foundation just isn't for you and if you don't break out you know it was just hormones and the foundation is okay for you :)

The only foundation I have used is their face and body foundation. I am a big fan of their products and do use many concealers and none of them have caused my sensitive skin to break out. However, many of my friends who have tried their heavier foundations have broken out. Face and Body has a high water content so it isn't likely that it'll cause many skin problems :)

Mac foundations are studio makeup meaning they arent meant for all day wear and everyday.. They are meant for modeling and such but not everyday use. Thats what the mac ladies tell me.
