So I recently told you guys about the hourglass products I got. you have been using them every day ( minus the days I work) and I love how it looks more and more every day. oily or combo girls, this is a must have and if you have large pores, this is perfection. for me atleast. I have combo skin and visibe pores. the immaculate foundation along with the ambient lighting palette is heaven. my skin looks like porcelain. also. a palette I didn't know how much I would enjoy, I have been enjoying a lot and its the urban decay electric palette. here's my look for today. hourglass is on the pricey side but I am amazed by it and would definitely recommend it.

Beautiful Erica!! And yes I definitely agree about the Ambient Lighting palette...dim light has been my game changer as well in the enlarged pore department. I don't even bother with the face primers in my stash anymore unless absolutely necessary. It really diffuses it for me. Your skin is just radiating a nice glow and it looks like you don't even have foundation on...your skin but better.

Gorgeous! Your skin looks flawless! I've been wanting to check out this palette, but my local sephoras are sold out. What's all included in the palette?

There are three shades including dim light, incandescent light which is LE and radiant light. its absolutely gorgeous but you can buy the full size ambient powders on their own:-)

Are they used in replacement of translucent powder? 3 shades included so they're flattering for a variety of skintones?

@Janette...just give you insight on how to apply/use this palette. I personally use dim light all over (focusing on my forehead/t-zone), incandescent is used as my highlight and I recently discovered I can apply radiant light all over my face since I'm of a darker complexion so it actually gives me a nice glow that kinda reminds me of Guerlain Meterorites. So if your super fair my method may not work for you but if your slightly tan/olive skin or darker than there should be no issue. Its just very important to use the right brush and a light hand because its easy to go overboard thus defeating the purpose of the powder. It makes for a very nice finishing powder after applying all your face products (powder based that is such as blush or setting powder).

Yes, Shelley is spot on. I am usually nw10 and am at the moment nw25 and I can use the radiant light all over and it is not too dark. I find the colors to all be very sheer so it doesn't deposit enough color to be too crazy dark for someone I don't think. if it is a tad dark for you you can use it as a bronzer I would say. I use dim light all.over, incandescent light as a highlight and the radiant light as a bronzer or all over as well. it is truly fantastic and makes your skin look so soft and smooth.
