It You Have Shaved It In The Past It Will Grow Back Prickly, If Not You Shouldn't Worry, iHave Dark Thick Hair In General, I Get My Upper Lip Waxed And It Did Not Grow Back Stubby. Everybody Hair Grows Diffrent But Mine Usually Grow Back In aMonth...! Good Luck Honey!

Okay so I had to shave my top lip in college (beauty therapy) unless you already have naturally coarse hairs there it will grow back exactly the same unless of course youve been shaving for ages!

I then decided to wax the area once it grew back and I've stuck with it since (6months) the hair grows the exact same if not finer, don't be scared soo many girls wax there lips.

only hassle until your hair is in routine with waxing takes about a month of waxing every 1-2 weeks to start, then every 4 weeks!

I'm completely qualified in facial waxing there will be no stubble LOL!

Okay, I'm glade you asked...
I'm a waxer... part of my job... and I'm very good at no, no I'm not modest

Here's the thing with waxing... hair grow in three cycles
Actice growth
Detached from root
And shedding
After first wax, all the hair in active growth cycle, that still has root attached, will grow back finer, and take longer to come back.
The other two cycles will still grow at same rate and thickness.
So in three weeks youll prolly need another wax
And three weeks after that
But
Good news is, so long as you don't pluck, shave or remove any way but wax, and are consustant with going... in 3 to 4 months the hair will be finer, grow in less fequently

Same is true for whole body
