Is applying under eye concealer in triangular shape more effective? http://www.cosmopolitan.com/_mobile/hairstyles-beauty/beauty-blog/beauty-or-bullshit-concealer-trick?src=nl&mag=cos&list=nl_chg_news

I haven't seen a big difference on mine but I'll give it another try today and see if it really does. How's it from your own experience?

I don't notice a big difference either.

I don't notice a difference. All I know is that after I apply I don't see my dark circles.

I think it totally works for me!! I use the maybelline instant age rewind in the lightest shade and it looks great.??

Keep in mind it takes a good concealer to really do the job effectively. I really love the one I said above. :)

I use this method. It seems to be a "trendy" new way to apply makeup. I personally like applying my concealer this way. To each their own.

I don't quite apply mine in a triangle but I do bring it down just a little more than needed and it does seem to give a more even look than just concealing the circles only. I think it's mainly so you don't get "reverse raccoon eyes." Or at least I think that's what it was for when I heard about it lol

I thought it was for highlighting...not to help make your under eyes look better...?

Yeah I've been doing a while with concealer one shade lighter than my skin tone. But I need to contour bc it's a highlight and undereye concealer. It makes me look more awake in my opinion.
