Ways to cover freckles?

So I'm looking for a way to cover my freckles. My foundation, which has really good coverage, won't cover them and when I use concealer it ends up cakey (or maybe I just don't like the feeling of having a lot of face makeup lolll) but do you guys have any suggestions on how to cover freckles??

I have a lot of freckles and I like to use a good coverage powder foundation after my Rimmel 25hour liquid foundation (also has decent coverage) :)

Nono I have freckles and when you purposely cover them it looks bad. Just work what yo momma gave ya.

@claire, I don't think it looks bad at all if someone wants to cover their freckles doesn't mean it's going to look "bad" I cover mine..
