Just out of curiosity I'm asking this. When you ladies exfoliate do you like to do it in the morning or at night?? Just wondering! I like to do it in the morning! Really wakes me up! What about you guys?!

I usually use the Clarisonic for a light exfoliation in the morning, but any deep exfoliation, like a scrub, I use at night. (:

I also have a Clarisonic that I use at night mostly. Sometimes I'll use a scrub in the morning too though. Sometimes I'll just usr the Clarisonic twice if I don't have a scrub and am feeling super flaky lol.

I just exfoliate whatever time of the day that I'm cleansing my face. But I wouldn't recommend exfoliating every day honestly. And don't use any exfoliants that have broken up seeds, etc (ie St Ives Apricot Scrub) because it can leave micro lacerations on your skin. I personally like Michael Todd Jojoba Charcoal Facial Scrub.

I exfoliate my face before my evening shower once a fortnight (I will do spot treatment if needed on a weekly basis). It allows any redness to calm down before the next day. :)
