I'm an artsy teenager and I like the outlandish makeup you see in fashion mags. I want to wear blue and green lipstick (not at the same time.), big falsies, and bright glitter eyeshadow. So far I've been able to experiment with colours on my nails, but I'd like to wear some more unique looks. Any suggestions?

I say whenever you want to. I tend to mix & match. I'll do a neutral eye with a wing liner & lashes & a blue lip. Days when I feel like being bothered I'll have bright yellow shadow or glitter all over my lid. Whenever or however you choose to ROCK IT!
