Sephora has very good ones & they're not that pricey. If you have the money, go for Mac brushes, they're amazing!

If you need some but don't have a lot to spend, elf brushes are ok. I only have one, actually, their fan brush, but it was $3 and its fine for the time being. All my other brushes are Mac, with a few Ecotools thrown in.
