It just literally pulls out all the bad stuff frm your body. whn you spit the oil lut after 15 mins its white.

I don't really believe that and I think I'll just let my kidneys do their job and drink detox smoothies/exercise. But I guess there is no harm in trying it. I feel like the placebo effect comes into play for those who says it works but I don't know.
