I agree with the MUFE or Becca recommendations. good picks. also for drugstore try Nuance by Salma Hayek liquid foundation in Medium available at cvs gives a lovely glow. Tarte Maracuja Miracle gives a nice dewy finish or Urban Decay Naked Skin liquid foundation comes in a ton of shades and set it with their Dew Me setting spray for added glow

Neutragena Healthy Skin Foundation- I've heard it is a knock of some NARS sheer and shine foundation or something or other. But, I really like it. It doesn't cake at all, and much cheaper than some brands. And if your complexion is really good, you may want to look into BB creams- extremely sheer.

i like neautrogena healthy skin. but it leaves me with more of a dewy finish, which is sometimes a downside to it for me, but if youre looking for a glowy finish you might enjoy this. the shade that best matches me (medium beige) has a neutral undertone and i have a yellow undertone, but it still looks natural on me and really does make my skin appear healthy. for high end, i really like tarte amazonian clay for the medium-full coverage and and natural look it leaves me. it also doesnt oxidize on my face badly like other foundations nor leave my face oily by the end of the day. try nars tinted moisturizer too!
