I think you could, I mean it wouldn't be the easiest but it could be done. Personally I just use the Powder and Setting brush for powder, but if a Blush Brush is all you have you can use it.

Yeah I use it for that lol it's perfect for it. You don't have to use what the brush says it's meant for!

Yea I always use the RT brushes I have for various things other than they're intended for. I use the powder brush, which is HUGE, for blush actually because it's so big that the bristles really diffuse the product out more and it looks much more natural. I hardly ever use it for just setting powder anymore lol.
