If I dye my hair at home using a light brown shade, would the colour show the way it does on the box? I have DARK brown hair.
I want a VERY light shade of brown.

It will probally turn out a just a little darker , I would go get almost a dark blonde shade.

Unless its got a lightening product in it, it probs won't work.

If you're trying to go to an almost dark blonde shade it's best if you get professional help. My friend tried going from dark brown to light at home and ended up with grey hair. Unless you've used the brand before and know how your hair will react to it I suggest researching the brand and maybe reading some reviews on it :)

Maybe even a shade or two lighter then that since your hair is so dark.
