It's pretty and suits you well, but by blue eye did you mean liner or shadow? If shadow, then I can't see it, which may just be the lighting. If you meant like a navy liner on your bottom lash line, then I like the subtlety of it. (: once again, pretty look!

I love the lip on you it really brightens up your face the eye doesn't look blue but that's probably just the camera but I would try and layer your mascara more and your brows seem quite light for your hair colour you still look beautiful just minor things you rock it though girl
