What does a setting powder do? What are some of the best?

A setting powder is something you put on over your foundation to basically set it in place so it doesn't settle into fine lines or transfer as easy. They come in many forms (translucent, colored, pressed or loose) Some good ones to try would be tarte, ben nye, and kevyn aucoin.
