Unfortunately the only way to fix that is to chop it off, especially if it's the ends of your hair. it's a sacrifice we all have made once or twice, lol.
you can also add extra moisture to your hair by using hair masks when you shower. I personally use - & LOVE - L'oreal's Power Moisture Mask. Aussie's 3 Minute Miracle is Aldo wonderful (: they make your hair very soft.

I agree with Kyra D. Really the only way is too chop it off. Especially if you want your hair to grow healthy. I had to chop it off and omg!! It made a huge difference! Now I'm making sure to take good care of it. I use coconut oil and Macadamia deep repair mask :) my hair is honestly so much softer.

If they're split then you can get a trim. But if they're not split but just dry you can always try to put more moisture into your hair by using a hair mask. The macadamia repair mask is great.
