I see people say to "scrunch hair" for beach waves but what does that mean? Thanks:)

You put your hand under your hair, push up and make a fist with the hair in your hand. That's scrunching, well that's what I do :)

You take wet or damp hair, and squish sections of it into your hands to create the texture you need. Basically just taking an inch or so section, placing your hand facing palm up under neath it, and gathering your hair into your fist while moving it upwards to collect the whole section of hair. Do this as many time as you need per section and it'll dry wavy.
