I used to have really strong, long nails but since starting a job in catering where I'm having to wash my hands constantly my nails have became so soft and rip easily. They're growing back in weird shapes too!

I can't wear any type of polish that would help to treat them, even clear, so I'm at a loss as to what to do. Any help would be great!
