Everytime I do a winged eyeliner I just asian and I don't like the way it looks my hand isn't steady even wen I lay it on. a flat surface if I go to te inter tearduck it comes out fat.

Use gel liner. Or use pencil for the top lash line and gel out liquid for the wing.

Have you tried the Cat Eye Brush? This is a tool I recommend to any one who has a hard time with achieving winged liner.This brush is angled but a bit longer then an average Angled brush and the shape mimic's winged liner. Here is a pic of what it looks like it's the one that's on the top
