I have a few of these, I really like the colour payoff and it stays put for a good few hours. However I find them quite sticky and if there's wind then your hair will be all over your lips- which I know we all hate. If I wear this gloss I apply it, blot some off, apply a little more, and then reapply whenever needed. :)
