I would just do winged liner with a bright lipstick. Simplistic but around here not a lot of girls wear lipstick so I tend to stand out since I always do

Why turn into someone you're not to impress someone?? You want them to like YOU, right? Don't change anything. Maybe a tiny wing or some subtle colors to bring out your eye color.
