I am obsessed with highlighters. I get my cheapest ones from ELF, which are baked highlighters for $3. I also use Physician's Formula Mineral Pearls, which averages $13 at the drugstore. For high-end highlighters, MAC Mineralize Skinfinish is great (try Lightscapade or Soft & Gentle), at $30.

I have Mac lightscapade,
Benefits watts up, urban decay highlighter in moonshine, ud flushed, mac play it proper, bare minerals ready luminizer, Mary Lou manizer, bare minerals stroke of light, and I've also tested NARS albatross. My favorite out of all of them is my Mary Lou manizer.

Emphasize is more of a matte highlight product I always see Jaclyn hill use it to accent her concealer under her eyes. I remember her saying that the yellowish powder from the Anastasia Beverly Hills palette was similar.
